The location here is perfect for exploring the historical downtown area, with a lovely restaurant nearby and shopping options.

The rooms were falsely advertised. I did not receive the room I booked and was charged for the stay even though I was not satisfied and left without staying the night due to the extremely poor staff, lack of management and total disgust. Warning: do not stay at this hotel

I don't even know where to begin! We were originally booked for a king room and ee were unhappy with our FIRST room because the faucet had caked up dirt, the beds were dirty, the sheets had hard crusty stuff on them and all of the outlets were loose in the room and the electricity would flicker every time we'd try to plug in our cell phones, camera and laptop! When we called to complain, the gentleman at the front desk switched us to another room but this time it was a double bedroom... This room wasn't any better! The faucet again had the same residue on it and the bathroom had holes that were stuffed with toilet paper! When i went back to the front desk, he wanted to give us a THIRD room to try but I told him we were leaving, it shouldn't have even taken one room change to be happy. The site rated this hotel at almost a 4.0 but that is a joke rating and if you stay here, you're going to want to either go across the street to the Hampton Inn (which was sold out of rooms) or to the Country Inn and Suites (where we ended up staying for a little bit more than we would have paid for the Ramada but had WAY better service, and was comfortable and CLEAN)! Do not waste your money staying in this hotel, it needs serious updates and a great cleaning!
